The 99 Sevens 7″ Series
Start lining up now! Edmonton’s Pop Echo Records is teaming up with Weird Canada for a unique 7″ series. The 99 Sevens formula is simple: the first 99 people at our special showcases get a 7″ as part of their admissions price (usually $10). The 7″s are limited to 99-copies and only available to attendees. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!
It’s our hope that the 99 Sevens series will encourage people to not only celebrate music in a physical format, but to witness its live incarnation as well.
The commemorative release/show by Sans Aids will drop in spring, followed closely by a Wyrd Fest edition from Lethbridge rockers Fist City, then Edmonton up-and-comers Brazilian Money. Future editions will be announced at a later date.
If you’re a band touring through Edmonton and looking to participate in the 99 Sevens 7″ Series, don’t hesitate to get in touch! All we need is about two-months lead-time!
